New Twist on Chili

So I found this wonderful recipe for a pork and pumpkin chili that you must try.

I made some minor changes though.

1. I decreased the pork to two pounds [If you are vegan use chickpeas or black beans instead]
2. I used strong flavored beef broth instead of beer
3. I added a 1/4 cup of corn starch [alternatives to use are white flour or rice flour] in one cup [of the 3 cups] of water to thicken up the soup.

"Highly recommend this Pork and Pumpkin Chili..."
Just make sure the water is cold.
4. I used only 2.5 tablespoons of chili powder
5. I used only 1 medium yellow onion
6. I used 1.5 tsp of oregano and 1.5 tsp of dried parsley
7. I used kale instead of mustard greens
8. Lastly I bought a small pie pumpkin and cooked and pureed it. Much tastier than the can!
